These terms apply when you use etglobalms.com and the client portal, operated by ET Global M Services ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

What we offer

We provide credit repair and credit-building services: a credit audit and action plan, disputes of negative items with the credit bureaus, a credit-building plan, and, in higher programs, funding strategy. Our programs are Credit Rebuild, Funding Builder and Private Client. The site shows the price and what each includes. Credit monitoring set up by you is required so we can track bureau responses.

No guarantee of results

We work to remove inaccurate, outdated and unverifiable items, but results vary by individual profile. We do not guarantee specific score increases, item removals or funding approvals, and timelines on the site are typical ranges, not promises.

Your account and information

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.
• Upload only documents that belong to you or that you are allowed to share.
• Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, or try to access other clients' information.

Payment, refunds and cancellation

Programs are paid through Stripe's hosted checkout at the price shown when you pay. This site does not currently publish a separate refund or cancellation policy. Before you buy, you can ask us about refunds and cancellation at support@etglobalms.com. Nothing in these terms limits any right to cancel or to a refund that you have under applicable law.

Text messages

This site does not send marketing text messages, and we do not collect text message opt-in through these forms. Message and data rates may apply to any message you send us yourself. For help or to stop contact, email support@etglobalms.com.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who helps us handle it.

Information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our content

The text, images and design of this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Limits and changes

The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using it. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
