Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information ET Global M Services ("we", "us") collects through etglobalms.com, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We offer credit repair and credit-building services, and this site includes a public marketing site and a sign-in client portal.

What we collect

• Contact and enquiry forms. Your name, email address, phone number (optional on the contact page, requested in the sign-up pop-up), your message or goals, and the program you are interested in.
• Your account. Your email address and sign-in details, handled through our sign-in provider, plus your program, your progress through our process, and the credit items disputed on your behalf (creditor, account number if provided, item type and outcome).
• Documents you upload. A government ID, credit reports and other files you choose to send through the client portal.
• Payments. You pay through Stripe's hosted checkout. We do not see or store your card number. We keep your Stripe customer reference and which program you bought.
• Notes. Our staff may add internal notes to your client record.
• Technical data. Standard server logs and error reports (for example your browser type, page address and IP address) generated when you use the site.

How we use it, and our legal bases

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a confirmation email. Basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
• To provide the program you bought, run the client portal, take payment and keep records. Basis: performing our contract with you, and legal obligations.
• To keep the site secure, find faults and prevent abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest.
• To use cookies beyond those strictly necessary, if we ever add any. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who handles it for us

We use these providers to run the site. Each receives only what it needs for its task.

• Clerk: sign-in and account management.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• UploadThing: storage of documents you upload.
• Resend: sending our email, including your confirmation email.
• Vercel: hosting.
• A hosted PostgreSQL database: storing enquiries and client records.
• Sentry: error monitoring.

Information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages

This site does not send marketing text messages, and we do not collect text message opt-in through these forms. A phone number you give on a form is used to contact you about your enquiry or your service. If we ever begin texting, we will ask for your separate, optional consent first and update this policy.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as those for sign-in and checkout, and one to remember your cookie choice. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If your browser shows a European time zone, a notice appears on your first visit. You can reopen it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Keeping and deleting information

We have not set a fixed deletion schedule. We keep enquiries and client records for as long as we need them to answer you, deliver your service and meet record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to restrict or object to our processing, to receive your information in a portable format, to withdraw consent you have given, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to keep some records to meet legal duties, and we will tell you if so.

To make a request, including a deletion request, email support@etglobalms.com from the address you used with us. We handle requests by email and may ask you to confirm who you are first.

Transfers to the United States

We operate from the United States and our providers process information there and in other countries. If you use this site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your information is transferred to and handled in the United States.

Security and children

We use access-controlled accounts and encrypted connections, but no system is completely secure. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
